### Lead FullStack Engineer — WireFringe (Dec 2025 - Present)
- Transformed the platform’s digital presence by migrating a legacy WordPress site to a high-performance Next.js architecture, resulting in a 45% reduction in load times and a near-perfect SEO score of 98. This transition significantly improved user retention and organic discoverability through better Core Web Vitals.
- Took end-to-end ownership of the technical roadmap and system architecture, designing a scalable FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend that supports real-time features with sub-120ms latency. Established robust CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments to ensure 99.9% uptime and a seamless production environment for a growing user base.
